Refund Policy:
Any issues must be reported on the day of receipt. We do not take responsibility for issues reported after that.
Full refund or replacement for damages caused by improper packaging.
Desserts must be promptly refrigerated upon arrival. If they are found to be sour or spoiled upon immediate consumption (due to our mishandling, such as forgetting ice packs), we will issue a full refund or replacement and provide appropriate compensation based on the specific circumstances.
If we dispatch the order using Royal Mail or a courier and it fails to arrive on time, or if it is lost or stolen, we will compensate up to half the value of the order, depending on the circumstances.
Starting from 01/06/2024, we offer shipping protection for £6.99, covering up to two resends. Enjoy peace of mind with our delivery guarantee in case your package is delayed, damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. Based on the evidence provided, we can resend your order at a mutually agreed date.
